  1. Thank you for joining the blog hop! These are great tips and cool graphics. Around here the worst bit about summer is the idiots taking their dogs in the car and then leaving them while they go shopping. It makes me dread going to the store at this time of year.

  6. Hi Y'all!

There can never be too many reminders about animals and heat...they are calling for 3 digit temps here (that's 100 degrees plus Fahrenheit or 37-38 degrees Celcius).

    Y'all come on by,

  9. It is a wonderful infographic and a great reminder, however I do want to mention one thing - about shaving cats and dogs in the hot months. That may not always be the best idea, as shaving a dog can result in sun burns, skin cancers, and potentially make the dog even hotter than they would have been had their fur been left alone. This is especially true for double coated dogs. Otherwise, great info, and I enjoyed the infographic!

    1. Thanks. Oh, I see. I didn't create this infographic, but I see where you're coming from. I wouldn't shave my two in the hot months - they get stripped, as terriers should be, anyways. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
