A To Z Challenge - O Is For Optimism

Having an optimistic mind raises your spirits and automatically inspires you to go on and try again, even if you fail or have confidence-knocking experiences. Agility is a good example; if your dog knocks a pole, focus on how well he did his contacts. And if absolutely everything goes wrong, move on and look forward to working on the issue and conquering it at the next training session or competition. Remember, your dog senses your moods; if you're optimistic, your dog will be happy, confident and perform well.

After all, you and your dog should enjoy being together. Remember to always enjoy the simplicity of spending time and bonding with your beloved canine companion who loves you will all of his heart.

  6. Awww! My dog loves agility but I can't get her there to do it, but we have lost of fun together. She is my assistance dog (her blog is on mine) and she is the most important thing in my life, along with OH and my children! ~Liz http://www.lizbrownleepoet.com

Love these ideas about staying positive and looking for the good. You could apply those ideas to almost anything about life, not just agility!
