Have Fun Keep Fit Series #4

Hello all, and welcome to number 4 (wow, doesn't time zoom by?) of our Have Fun Keep Fit Series here on our blog. We have another amazing duo exercise for you here, performed by my adoring pair themselves.

4. Paws up! - The difficulty of this exercise varies as to what you choose to involve in it. The simplest thing your duo should know is to put their paws up onto something, come back down again, and go up once more. This step-up exercise will do the same amount of good in the same bodily areas as when humans do this exercise, working the legs and stomach muscles. It is an easy one to teach, however, if you want to make things harder, as we did, add a 'hug' when the dogs step up!

You can achieve anything with this 'simple' exercise; anything is possible! Be creative!

*Ensure you never overdo your dogs, and if either/any of them begin showing signs of discomfort and/or pain and unhappiness, stop immediately.

We're joining our hosts SlimDoggy, To Dog With Love and My GBGV Life in the FitDog Friday Blog Hop. We send many thanks their way, and you can join in below.
