Does your dog eat their own poo? I know plenty of people who are embarrassed that their dogs in fact, do. However, Earl does completely the opposite! He will poop, then ignore it. And if its there the next day before anyone has been out to clean it up from the garden yet, he may go over, sniff it with a strange, curious, suspicious look on his face, and skulk away like he has just witnessed something way over disturbing!!
Such a sensitive, polite dog.

I have never before experienced what a dogs poo is like when it comes out if that dog has, before, eaten his own or another dogs poo?
And even though it's a little 'blarhg!', it would be rather interesting to see and find out…!
Eddy is exactly the same, he actually looks rather mortified when I scoop it up and take it home with us!

DeleteEw no Toby doesn't eat his own poop. If he did I'd be following him around in the yard to clean up immediately! He does take an interest in the grandkid's diapers...don't know what he'd do if left alone with one, which of course never happens.

DeleteI've never seen my dog eat dog poo before thankfully. She has had snacks from the cat litter box before, and it's gross but she has cleaned up my kid's poop from the potty before too. She got there before me! Yuck!
