L is for Learn

There are so many amazing dog agility handlers and trainers out there. Handles who have reined in championship shows, and trainers who have years of experience in training these people up to ridiculously high standards. And although we all would love to be such successful handlers, at this moment in time, the best we can do is keep going in our own training, and learn to learn! Learn to learn from these amazing handlers, and strive to be as good as them. Watch them when they perform with their dogs, and learn to be inspired from these inspirational handlers.

Here is a little cartoon thing I have made to portray this message in a fun way. I hope you like it. Haha. It just means, learn to learn from amazing, inspirational handlers and you could improve as a handler personally. Allow yourself to benefit from others.

Keep working with your own dog, and use your spare time to learn from handlers and trainers who have been incredibly successful in the sport in the past. You don't need to copy them method by method to be a good handler yourself, but learning those little lessons they may have to teach in some form can go a long way in your own development as as handler.
