Earl loves keeping fit and in good shape when he's not doing his agility. And this is very important for all agility dogs; keeping in good shape every day, which will help with the agility performance. Earl runs, leaps... and JUMPS! He is an amazing jumper. In this jumping photo below, you can see how agile he is, and what good condition he is in. His waistline is sure promising, hehe. Jumping, landing and using the hind legs helps the dog with core strength and balance, which is incredibly beneficial in agility. Such as the see-saw, balance is needed, and core strength, too.
So cease the every day opportunities, and use them as fitness for your dog. Because all dogs, especially agility dogs, can really gain a lot from exercises he or she can enjoy through play with you at home. So get out there, and build your dog's bodily capabilities in a safe manner.
